How To Find The Studio

Find Us

The Yoga Shala is located at the Maerua Lifestyle Center.

There is FREE PARKING.


We are above the Spur Restaurant. The outside entrance is a glass door next to Spur. Take the stairs up to the 1st floor & the Shala will be in front of you.

What To Bring

We provide yoga mats, but encourage you to bring your own.


Yoga is done barefoot so just wear comfortable & stretchy clothing. 


Please bring your own drinking water.

How To Find The Studio

How To Find Us

The Yoga Shala is located inside the Gruener Kranz complex, in the Old Skittle Alley. The new entrance is on MacAdam Street, opposite Obeco.


Parking is available outside the complex as well as in the Obeco parking lot. Parking is FREE. Walk straight through the big black gates and keep going until you see The Yoga Shala on the left. Just follow the signs.
