Hatha Yoga

The ideal class for acquiring good alignment and technique, this traditional style of Yoga uses longer holds to build strength and flexibility in the body while calming the mind.

An all round yoga practice where along with Pranayama (breath connection), you explore yoga asana (postures) to grow in your yoga practice in a slower and more controlled way.

Yin Yoga

A passive practice of long hold postures while the muscles are cold, used to target joints, connective tissue and ligaments making this a perfect complimentary practice to other strength based forms of Yoga.

Regular Yin practice will increase your flexibility, help prevent injuries and assist in cultivating a calm inner landscape.

Vinyasa Yoga

This class is better suited to intermediate Yogis who want to further their practice.

Vinyasa Yoga moves through flows in a faster pace as you match your movement to your breath.

This style of yoga challenges your breath control and dexterity while the heat created allows you to stretch a little deeper and improve mobility safely.

Sunrise Yoga

An inspired way to start the day, comprising Pranayama (breath connection), meditation and mindful yoga poses.

A Yoga class that slowly wakes up the body and centers the mind to prepare you for your day ahead.

All levels of yoga practitioners welcome.

Sivananda Yoga

This class is a medium strength practice, which has a systematic and precise approach to yoga that typically revolves around 12 core postures interspersed with relaxation poses.

Each asana either augments or counterbalances the preceding one. This practice is ideal for building strength & stamina as well as a good understanding of asana technique.

Mindful Movement

This lunchtime class is suitable for all levels and is a perfect little midday breakaway to calm the mind and reconnect to body and breath.

The style of yoga can be a combination of flows and holds to help build and maintain strength, mobility and flexibility.

Prenatal Yoga

This class will help you relax, and embrace the changes in your body, while preparing yourself for the arrival of your baby.

Are you a mother and would like some space & time to yourself to breathe, move and fill your cup?

Join Amélie for 75 minutes of yoga to nourish your body & mind so you can clear your mental space for the week.

You're welcome to join this class at any stage on your journey of motherhood.

Saturday Play Yoga

A great way to start your weekend, this class is designed to give us time to learn and play with trickier & more challenging poses in a fun & playful way.

This class is better suited to those who already have some yoga experience and can benefit from the more advanced asanas.

Sunday Flow

All levels welcome.

This class is a gentle Yoga practice that restores the body and mind after the weekend, moves out tightness and blockages and prepares you for the coming week.

Mobility & Deep Stretch

All levels welcome.

This one hour class combines mobility & flexibility training from yoga and other disciplines to help us maximize freedom of movement in our bodies.

We train intelligently using active & passive stretching to both support our flexibility with strength and support our mobility with stability.
